Introduction of PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact)

PDC is made of diamond micro-powder and hard tungsten carbide under high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, it not only possess high wear resistance like diamond, but also the impact resistance like tungsten carbide,that’s why so many factories made it the best material as a drill bit cutter. After technical innovation, the reinforced one  has higher dense diamond powder, claw tungsten carbide substrate to make the two layers solid as whole one. So the reinforced PDC possesses supper wear resistance, longer service life and higher efficiency.
